ValueLink is a step up from the rest. The site is simple to use and navigate through, which in turn has made us more efficient. It has all the features we need, yet the price compared to many other appraisal software companies is much lower.
ValueLink is simple to use with a custom and professional look. The home screen/activity overview is a useful tool in tracking the orders received per day, per month, as well as the amount of orders in each particular status. The ease of sending messages to the appraiser and/or the client in an order by simply adding a comment is great.
The flexibility of the software support team to work with us on adding/changing the features of the system is great. The support tickets response time is also very quick. All in all, we are very happy to use ValueLink as our appraisal management platform.
