MeridianLink Mortgage users will have the ability to seamlessly order, track, and receive final delivery of appraisals directly within the loan file in Meridian Link Mortgage platform. The integration will also allow automatic delivery of all supporting documents to MeridianLink Mortgage users. All documents and client statuses are also automatically synced with MeridianLink Mortgage to ensure a seamless order management process. The MeridianLink Mortgage integration removes manual steps in the appraisal ordering process and will minimize errors and increase operational efficiency for both lenders and appraisal management companies.
